  • right to restriction of processing,
  • right to object to processing,
  • right to data portability.

You can also complain about us to the data protection supervisory authority.

If you have given us consent, you can revoke this at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent up to the revocation.

For what purposes and on what legal basis do we process personal data?

Visiting our website

When you visit our website for purely informational purposes, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise transmit information to us, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to us. These are:

  • IP address
  • Date and time of the request
  • Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
  • Content of the request (specific page)
  • Access status/HTTP status code
  • Website from which the request came
  • Browser
  • Operating system and its interface
  • Language and version of the browser software.

We also store this data including the IP address in log files.

This data is technically necessary for us to display our website and to ensure stability and security. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DS-GVO, whereby our legitimate interest is derived from the aforementioned purposes.

Cookies

We use cookies on our website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard drive in relation to the browser you are using and which provide us with certain information.

We use transient cookies on our website. Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close the browser. These include, in particular, session cookies. These store a so-called session ID, with which various requests from your browser can be assigned to the joint session. The session cookies are deleted when you log out or close the browser.

The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO, whereby our legitimate interest is derived from the aforementioned purposes.

Contact form

If you use our contact form, we use the data you provide, whereby only a valid e-mail address is required and the other details are voluntary, to answer your enquiry.

The transmission is encrypted using SSL-protected transmission.

Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b DSGVO, insofar as your enquiry concerns the fulfilment of contractual obligations or the initiation of a contract; in other cases, the legal basis is found in Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DS-GVO, whereby our legitimate interest results from the aforementioned purposes.

The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be automatically deleted after completion of the request you have made, unless we are legally obliged to store the data or we need the data for the fulfilment of the contract. In addition, you can object to the processing at any time if the processing is based on a legitimate interest.

E-mail contact

If you contact us via the e-mail addresses we provide, we store the personal data you provide in order to respond to your enquiries.

The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO, whereby our legitimate interest is derived from the aforementioned purposes. If the contact is aimed at concluding a contract or if the contact is made within the framework of an existing contractual relationship, the legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b DSGVO.

The data will be deleted when the enquiry has been conclusively processed, when we are not legally obliged to store it or when we need the data to fulfil the contract. In addition, you can object to the processing at any time if the processing is based on a legitimate interest.

Webshop

When you place an order in our webshop, you must provide your personal data that is necessary for the processing of the order in order to conclude the contract. Necessary mandatory data are marked as such, the other data are voluntary. We process the data you provide to process your order. In doing so, we also pass on your data to our house bank or our payment service provider as well as to the shipping company.

You can also create a customer account. We will then store your data for further purchases with us. You can delete the customer account at any time in the customer area.

The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b DSGVO.

We also process your data to inform you about other interesting products from our range.

Due to commercial and tax law requirements, we are obliged to store your address, payment and order data for a period of ten years. However, we restrict processing after two years, i.e. your data is only used to comply with legal obligations.

The entire ordering process is SSL-protected to prevent unauthorised access by third parties.
